Couples Coaching
Translating, balancing, and expanding the relationship
The relationship as its own living field
Couple coaching serves as a space of mediation — helping partners translate their experiences into a shared language that transcends defensive patterns. More than resolving conflict, it explores the intersection of both partners' energies, histories, and family systems: what I call the soul of the relationship.
When two people come together, they bring their entire inner world — their wounds, their strengths, their unconscious loyalties. This space holds all of that with care, creating conditions for genuine understanding, deeper intimacy, and shared growth.
Two modes, one relationship
Partners often relate to the world through different energetic modes — and those differences can become the source of both friction and complementarity. Part of our work is recognizing and integrating these polarities rather than fighting them.
Focused Mode
Analytical, structured, detail-oriented. This mode seeks clarity, precision, and concrete solutions. It excels at problem-solving and planning.
Diffuse Mode
Intuitive, expansive, holistic. This mode sees patterns, feels connections, and holds the bigger picture. It brings depth, creativity, and emotional attunement.
When these modes become polarized between partners — one always in "fix-it" mode, the other always in "feel-it" mode — conflict becomes chronic. Our work together facilitates integration: so both modes become available to both partners, reducing friction and deepening harmony.
