Daniela Florencia
Transitional Life Coach

‘Reconnect with your organic timing.

Together, change becomes lighter.’

Growth pathways

Navigating confusion & chaos

When life is stable, our minds follow familiar paths, reinforcing our identity.

But change - whether self-initiated or imposed - shifts those paths,

making them unpredictable, even unsettling. Growth happens in this

in-between space: the liminal stage, chaotic yet full of possibility.

It’s the space between who you were and who you’re becoming.

The good news: you don’t need to leave your comfort zone all at once.

As a transitional coach, I guide you through this stage, helping you gently

expand your sense of safety.

Together, we stretch your identity into a

broader version - one that embraces your complexity, makes room for

authentic expression, and allows you to consciously design your life.

What makes change truly successful?

We are social beings. Growth deepens when we are seen, witnessed, and cared for. The path of evolution is individual, but it doesn’t need to be lonely.

Being accompanied doesn’t mean someone else will do the work for you.
Each of us holds full agency and autonomy over our choices, desires, and emotional experiences.

Having someone in the co-pilot seat makes the journey lighter, safer, and more sustainable.

Can you recognize your type of imbalance?

Three common imbalances that affect change:

  1. Rejecting structure and floating forever - staying in the realm of ideas, possibilities, or feelings, afraid to anchor into form. Core fear: being controlled - losing freedom.

  2. Clinging to structure and resisting flow - holding on to the familiar, rejecting the unknown, and avoiding the disorientation of the liminal stage. Core fear: losing stability.

  3. Swinging between the two - oscillating between control and collapse, never finding the rhythm that allows true transformation. Pushing too hard, then draining

The result? Our vitality diminishes. Energy that could be used to create something new, gets trapped in resistance.

The path forward begins with awareness - Stop wasting your energy!

What is a Life Coach?

Life Coaching is about guiding others using knowledge, but also wisdom and experience. For me it meant weaving together different paths - science, psychology, art, and energy work - into a toolkit that helps people navigate change.

I trained in New Zealand with Josh Roche, an ex-military man turned monk who now thrives as a high-performance coach. His guidance gave me not only valuable techniques, but also the confidence to trust the wisdom I had gathered from my own life journey.

My style of Life Coaching is about building bridges: connecting the clarity of the rational mind with the creativity of the heart and spirit. I guide people to reimagine their stories and create new realities - so they can move through transformation with strength and lightness.
