About Me
Born and raised in the whirlwind of Buenos Aires, my childhood was a mix of financial instability, family tension, and constant moves. My mother, a psychotherapist, and my father, a graphic designer, separated when I was seven, leaving me often playing mediator and taking on responsibilities beyond my years as the eldest sibling.

Drawn to psychology from an early age (secretly reading my mom’s books at 12!), I juggled the emotional complexities of my family while excelling academically, though the perfectionism took its toll. Therapy helped me navigate these waters, and by 18, I dabbled in biotechnology before realizing I craved deeper human connection. This led me to psychology, theatre, and eventually, a globe-trotting career as a flight attendant. Traveling the world expanded my cultural awareness and resilience, but the call to deeper inner work never left.

Back in Argentina at 26, I met my first partner and dove into psychology once more-this time adding dance, music, and the healing power of touch, thanks to a life-changing training in Californian massage. That experience cracked open my spiritual side, and suddenly, my path veered sharply towards energy work, spirituality, and the mysteries of the body and mind.

I explored Reiki, Akashic Records, Astrology, and started creating my own reality by aligning with natural cycles. The academic overachiever was replaced by a more curious, intuitive explorer. The spiritual perception through visions and dreams became very sharp.

At 30, I moved to New Zealand and discovered Vipassana meditation, which became my anchor through the emotional ebbs and flows of a changing world. That grounding turned into a regular practice, fueling my passion for blending neuroscience and meditation to help others navigate change with wisdom. It was there that I also became a life coach, realizing I could combine all my skills-massage therapy, mindfulness, and more-into a cohesive offering for others.
I moved to Barcelona and ended a 5-year relationship peacefully during the early days of the pandemic, supported by my inner work and meditation. We've maintained a beautiful friendship and collaboration since.

My life now
Germany had always called to me, and in 2022, I decided it was time to go. But first, I made a sunny detour to the Canary Islands, where I met my German partner. Our spontaneous road trip through Spain and France became even more exciting when we found out we were expecting! By the time we arrived in Germany, we decided to stay and build our nest.

Now, we live in a small village surrounded by nature, enjoying a slow-paced life, community, and creativity. My latest adventure? Expressive Arts Therapy-a dream that is radically transforming how I see life and how I help others.
