Fedora Meditation

Somatic movement & body-mind connection

A gentle system for movement & awareness

Fedora Aberastury, a Chilean-Argentinian pianist and educator, created the Conscious System for Movement Technique — a gentle yet powerful way to connect the body and mind, allowing your natural energy to flow more freely.

In this meditation, done lying down with your eyes closed, you start by imagining different parts of your body, gaining a sense of your inner anatomy. It's like a calming, yoga-nidra-style journey, where your body slowly prepares to absorb the soothing vibrations of music.

What happens in the practice

One of the key aspects is learning to let things be just as they are and releasing any tension or effort you're holding onto. As you become more aware, you'll start noticing even the smallest areas of tension in your body and learn to relax them, allowing energy to move freely where it's needed.

This meditation doesn't focus on any specific goal or outcome — it simply helps restore your balance, boosting your energy and mood, while gently melting away stress. In many cases, the shift in perception can be so profound that people experience a deep connection to their inner self, often leading to spontaneous shifts on multiple levels.

When we stop trying to control the body with the mind, vital energy flows freely, naturally balancing our biological and psychological systems. By understanding our energetic anatomy and focusing on inner structures, we can open pathways for balance and access their deeper functions.

The Diaphragm

The diaphragm is a vital structure, closely tied to our heart rhythm and sense of safety. When it expands fully, it gently massages the abdominal organs. With energy flowing freely through it, we feel safe, empowered, and able to direct our will. However, it is often a center of tension.

The Sacrum

The sacrum governs our sense of stability, grounding and connection to the Earth. It is the foundation of life force energy, supporting our physical body while also acting as a bridge between the physical and the metaphysical.

Words from clients

"Working with Dani, I realized the pain wasn't just physical but also rooted in deeper mental and energetic issues. Through Fedora meditation we managed to ease the uncontrollable pain quickly."

I was working in a very stressful environment, which led to stress-triggered gastritis. The stomach pain was extremely intense, irregular, and unresponsive to painkillers, sending me to the hospital twice without a clear diagnosis. We also did a constellation, where I saw the pain's origin in previous generations. After this session, the pain attacks stopped, and I only had typical gastritis, which I healed with a strict diet and less stress. I'm so grateful for Dani's support throughout the process, helping me understand what was happening in my body.

Albert Sobarnia — Poland

"At first, I felt supported by a large, round green tree. Then I relaxed more and felt a lot of peace the whole time. And I released a lot of black smoke!"

I'm leaving super happy! I was able to loosen the upper part that was very tense. And I could hear my heart and breath very clearly!! Thank you so much for this experience!!!

Carolina Grossi — Argentina

"It was a unique experience... from the beginning, I connected with my body and was present the entire time... relaxed and fulfilled."

Now I feel completely renewed, and I realize that I've never relaxed my tongue area as much as I did today... I need to keep that in mind (every day) — it's essential! Thank you so much!
