This coaching series:

-
Is best if you’re ready to dive into a bigger theme or transformation in your life.
-
Gives us time to create new patterns and integrate lasting changes through repetition.
-
Allows us to work on a project (personal, professional, or creative) with ongoing guidance.

You’ll be supported consistently, held accountable, and witnessed as you move forward step by step.
Think of it as a journey, where each session builds on the previous one.
"How Many Sessions Do I Need?"

It depends on what you would like to work on. Every process needs a frame in time so it has the power to take shape.
I usually work within a limited number of sessions, set around a specific goal - for example, 8 sessions. Many clients complete a series and later return, sometimes months afterward, to explore a new topic or when they feel ready to take their next steps.

You own your journey - you have full agency over your choices. I can share connections and tools, but only the resonance in your heart confirms what is true for you.

After 20+ years exploring therapy, I’ve learned that the most empowering work is when you see and feel for yourself what’s happening inside. Traditional therapy often fixes on the “problem,” which can keep us stuck. Coaching, instead, focuses on resources, stabilization, and growth - seeing problems as steps on the road, not the destination.

A coach is not a distant expert, but a compassionate guide: someone who shares tools, walks beside you, and holds a safe frame for your process—while honoring your autonomy every step of the way. (sometimes gets personal)
A session is about shifting perspective: from “literal reality” to “alternative reality”.

-
In literal reality, we see ourselves as someone with a problem and a story full of challenges.
-
In alternative reality, we discover new resources and unseen tools within us. Here we learn to navigate challenges, transforming pain into nourishment for creating beauty and meaning in our lives.
This space is a safe frame for your nervous system - a place where fluidity becomes possible. Safety is essential when we want to let go and open to the new.

We begin exactly where you are, so you never feel pushed beyond reach. Instead, you move forward organically, step by step, as your possibilities expand with each session - always within a safe frame.
I bring my love for neuroscience and my trauma-informed training into our work. This means I will share tools to help you regulate (return to safety), understand your defense mechanisms, and befriend your nervous system - so you can listen to your inner signals and know when you feel safe or not.
In a coaching program, you will often have small practices between sessions: taking an action, reflecting on a theme, or exploring materials (a reading, video, or exercise).

We’ll also have a shared online diary space - a living document where I’ll post insights, inspiration, and creative prompts (art, exercises, reflections). You can also write here between sessions to capture insights or share when something feels emotionally intense. We’ll return to it together in our next session.
He came with intense pelvic floor pain that traditional medicine couldn’t relieve. Through a constellation, we uncovered a history of abuse in his lineage that was unconsciously weighing on him. As we worked, it became clear that this blockage was also preventing him from stepping into his dream of becoming a football coach for children. We then used The Cosmic Compass program that blends astrology and creative visioning to design his life path - turning symbols from his chart into concrete visions and transitional objects that supported his manifestation process. He was able to release this pain and move toward the future he longed for.
